I tried your "Internet Explorer Proxy Monitor" and I love it, except one problem. How about you include the option to change the double-click action of the system tray (notification area) icon? But the user should be given an option to change this action, so that double-clicking toggles (enable/disable) the IE proxy. --- OR --- You can keep the double-click action to be "Open", but make a single-click action on the tray icon to toggle the proxy.
