Sometimes I could just deleted it, other times I would get an error saying: Cannot delete debug: It is being used by another person or program.

The file was always just an empty file (0 bytes).

I wanted to know what application was creating this log, so I opened up process monitor and watched for access to this file.

Internet Explorer 8 is creating this log. You can see the proof below.

What does this mean and why is it doing this? Not sure! Once you close Internet Explorer you can delete the file without error.

I immediately knew their service was bad for a number of reasons, so less then 1 week later I told them I wanted to cancel and wanted my money back.

They then try to tell me they are going to keep 1/2 my money! That is a refund policy?!

What a bunch of crap this place is, DO NOT GO NEAR siteground.com hosting.

GMail Drive shell extension

GMail Drive is a Shell Namespace Extension that creates a virtual filesystem around your Google GMail account, allowing you to use GMail as a storage medium.
GMail Drive creates a virtual filesystem on top of your Google GMail account and enables you to save and retrieve files stored on your GMail account directly from inside Windows Explorer. GMail Drive literally adds a new drive to your computer under the My Computer folder, where you can create new folders, copy and drag’n'drop files to.

When you visit a website that links to a pdf, then close the pdf file, the AcroRd32.exe will not close, it will sit open, using your resources and memory on your PC until you restart.

This simple fix will disable that function of Acrobat reader and take back the memory.

1) Open Acrobat Reader
2) Choose “Edit”, then “Preferences”

3) Click on “Internet”, then uncheck “Display PDF in browser”.

4) Hit OK

Now AcroRd32.exe will close when you close the reader, not stay open forever!
